  • HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

Warranty service orders must be placed with Partaker within the limited warranty period from the date of receipt of the goods. To request a warranty service order, please contact the Partaker Service Team. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product to the address specified by Partaker in its original packaging, or packaging providing an equivalent degree of protection.

Subject to applicable law, Partaker may require the customer to provide proof of purchase details before accepting warranty service. You may back up any data, software or other material that you may have stored or retained on the product or remove the hard drive before sending it for repair. Such data, software or other materials may be lost or reformatted during service, and Partaker will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

  • EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Partaker, that can be identified by the “Partaker” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.

We may not provide warranty service in the following cases

(a) Damage due to natural disasters, such as lightning strikes, floods;

(b) modifications to product hardware;

(c) Damage caused by operating the product with incorrect voltage or power supply or burning of main board parts;

(d) Disassemble the motherboard, destroying the fragile label
